What buyers ask before they get to specifications: who makes the goods, how long we have been doing it, and what a shop fitting actually is.
Shop fittings are the fixed and movable equipment a retail space is built out with, as opposed to the stock it sells: gondola shelving and wall runs, checkout counters, display stands, shopping trolleys and baskets, and the back-of-house racking that feeds the shop floor. In accounting they are normally capitalised as fixtures and fittings rather than expensed, because they are used across many years.
Both, as two registered entities. Suzhou Jinta Metal Working Co., Ltd. is the manufacturer and owns the production lines in Changshu, Jiangsu. Its sub-company, Suzhou Jinta Import and Export Co., Ltd., handles export documentation and international customer service. Buyers deal with the trading entity on paperwork but the goods are made in-house, not sourced from a third-party plant.
Since 1998, which is 28 years of continuous production. The JINTA trademark was registered in Class 6 in 2002, the same year the plant achieved ISO 9001 certification. Products are now supplied to retail clients in more than 100 countries.
More than 300 employees, including over 50 mid-to-senior technical specialists across three R&D centres, plus a 10,000 m² showroom laid out as a working supermarket mock-up so buyers can walk a real aisle before ordering. Manufacturing runs under ISO 9001 quality management and the plant is social-compliance audited by SGS under amfori BSCI.
