Boltless Metal Racking, 5 Tier Black, 900 x 300 x 1830 mm
Boltless Metal Racking — boltless storage rack from JTD Jinta Display, a China factory since 1998. OEM/ODM, cu...
Tool-free boltless rack from JinTa, a professional steel shelving manufacturer in Suzhou, China. Quick to assemble and rearrange for stockrooms and back-of-store storage.
Boltless shelving, also sold as rivet shelving, assembles by dropping beams into slotted uprights, so a bay goes up without bolts or tools and can be re-pitched later in minutes. JTD Jinta builds it in cold rolled steel with 38x38 mm uprights, 0.5 to 0.8 mm shelf panels and 1.0 to 1.5 mm beams, in 900x300x1830 mm and 1200x450x1830 mm standard bays or any size you specify.

Choosing store fittings is the start of a long relationship. After 28 years as a professional shop-fittings manufacturer, what buyers value most is how we work with them, not just the steel.
From choosing the right products for your store through to the rest of your fit-out and long-term cooperation, we aim for a one-stop experience.
We work in a thoughtful, flexible way to meet different needs, adapting to your store rather than pushing a fixed catalogue.
Our products are designed with a self-supporting structure and high quality, and are backed by quick after-sales service when you need it.
Tell us about your site and the shelving you have in mind. Our team will follow up with the right options for your space, the JinTa way: one-stop and flexible around your needs.

The beams lock into slots in the upright instead of bolting through them. Rivets on the beam ends drop into keyhole slots and seat with a tap, so a bay goes together with a rubber mallet and nothing else.
Yes — the trade uses both names for the same thing, along with "slotted angle" for the lighter versions. The rivet is the stud on the beam end that carries load into the upright slot. Quotes using either term describe the same product.
Stand two uprights, tap the bottom beams in on all four sides to square the bay, then work up level by level checking it stays square. Shelf panels drop on last. One person can build a bay; two is faster on the taller sizes. No tools beyond a mallet.
The rivet seats into a keyhole slot and the load pulls it down into the narrow part of the slot, so weight tightens the joint rather than loosening it. That is why boltless bays do not need re-tightening the way bolted frames sometimes do.
Boltless suits hand-loaded stock: cartons, parts bins, back-of-store and stockrooms, roughly up to a few hundred kg a level. Once you are putting pallets on with a forklift, move to beam racking — boltless is not built for point loads from forks and will not take the impact.
